I found a blog by accident, (Paperphenomenon) where the crafter made flowers similar to how I have made them years ago. For a video tutorial on how she made hers, please visit her blog.
I had to revisit this technique. She used a single 5 petal flower die from sizzix. I used the large 5 petal flower, the new “flat” punch 5 petal flower, and the 5 petal flower from SU sizzix Build a flower die. I have used some retired papers to practice with. I will be making more of these since they’re so fun and no two turn out alike.
The first uses the large 5 petal flower die:
