Watercolor Trio.. .New Summer Mini!!

Welcome to the new Summer Mini sessions!!! I had to use the new Watercolor Trio. I just love this set. I stamped the sprays of flowers in 3 different colors: Certainly celery, Not Quite Navy, and Crushed Curry.   The butterflies are from the Beautiful Wings embossing sizzlit, then rubbed in some ink to emphasize the embossing. I dyed one piece of ribbon with Not quite navy ink, and left the other one moss colored. What do you think?  Background card base is Sahara Sand. I used the moss ribbon because it tends to look better with the sahara sand cardstock. But wanted to see what the died ribbon looked like also. This will be one of my class cards today. We’ll see how inky the ladies fingers get!!

No cake today ladies!! But that pumpkin cake is so easy it’s good for passing out at stamp classes!!

If you haven’t already gone through the tour, be sure to check out the Royal Blog Tour that our LateNightStamper group is doing this weekend!!

Start HERE to go through all the paths.
