Green, brown, and magnetic

I guess you’d like to see what I was making from that sneak peek?? I made some cards (cased from my friend Leeann Gref).. but changed some things. I had some gorgeous retired designer paper that had large motif designs. They don’t lend themselves to being covered up, so I had to pick something to display their lovely shape. This card was the perfect thing. The “tag” hanging over the front right side is a removable bookmark. You just slide it off and slip it on the pages or your book. It’s MAGNETIC!!

Inside looks like this:

Supplies: DSP (ret), though there is some lovely green prints in the SAB Everyday Enchantment pack you can get FREE for 2 more weeks!

Cardstock: white, early espresso, lucky limeade; Inks: Lucky Limeade, Early Espresso; Scallop punch, circle punches, Two tag die; Fresh Vintage stamp set (free during SAB), Sincere Salutaions; Itty bitty 4 petal flower punch, empressor stylus (on clearance rack), tiny pearls from basic pearl pack.

Order all your supplies ONLINE HERE before Sale-a-bration is over and these gorgeous stamps and papers are gone forever!!

Here is the SAME card done with the Everyday Enchantment papers!!

Hi Connie, I had left a comment for these cards and I do not see it. This is such a clever idea a card and a nice bookmark–and the colors are nice, I like the greens and browns–very pretty.

  4. Beautiful cards. I like the idea of the magnetic bookmark. Love the orange(?) one.
