This is the second week of our new Sketch Frenzy Friday. This week’s sketch was created by Tammy Baldwin. Be sure to stop by all the blogs listed below to see each one’s take on this sketch. .. Here’s the sketch first:
Here’s my card for this sketch
Ingredients: Basic Grey Cs, Presto patterns overlay (MDS), Friends 24-7, Vanilla Hodgepodge, Define your Life SS, Vanilla grossgrain ribbon
I used MDS to create the card. It’s easy to create a card using My Digital Studio …you can move everything around and not have to re-stamp the cardstock.
This gives you a venue to create a design you want without using your materials. Then you can actually go create your card with all the cardstocks , inks , and ribbons.
Here are the rest of the blogs to hop through and see all their creations. If you’d like to play along, enter your blog with the link at the bottom. You’ll have til Sunday night to enter your sample.

Here is a beautiful card to make for your friends, especially if they are into “string” instruments. Or maybe you know someone who loves and appreciates classical music. I myself was never offered the opportunity to learn a string instrument, and had to stick to the woodwind family. But I love classical music and the sound of the string instruments.

You know when you make one card, you have to make another, so while I had the embossing powder, craft ink and all that stuff out.. I decided to make another black, white, and grey card. This one I used the Circle circus stamp set, and again the filigree background image.

Again.. if you click on each picture you can get a nice close up view.
Did I put enough on this? It needed something else, so I opted for the saying in it’s scallop border. Comments?
