My stampers who all bought this set got to have a FREE DAY stamping and using the punch and stamp set with MY SUPPLIES as a little thank you for their continued SU support!

All of them had to have some bling, so used the silver glimmer paper and some dazzling details glitter glue we now have!! The Green card has the NEW Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details… isn’t it gorgeous?!? You can order all the products HERE.

Horses….in the desert….

NEW list of retired stamps for sale: see RETIRED STAMPS page.

This week I’ve been working on a “mingle” swap for my OSA group, and cleaning up my stamp table (again). It seems it keeps getting covered up before I can put it all away.  While I had my “horse” stamps out for the OSA mingle, I decided to stamp some extra cards to send out. Here’s one I made using a unique style horse. It was really difficult to get enough ink to get all the fine lines stamped. I had to re-ink my stazon pad a few times to get enough ink on the silly stamp! Do you ever have that problem? It seems out here in the desert…things dry out so darn much, especially stamp pads!! It’s such a large stamp I didn’t add a whole lot around it.. just some minor distressing.  So here’s my horse for today. It’s not one for the mingle (didn’t want to show them til they got sent off and received by the gals in he group.

I distressed the edges a bit, sponged some on the white and put a black rhinestone for his eye. Don’t remember who made this stamp.

Be sure to check out the Clearance rack to get some good deals!! Some items are 80% off!!

Creative Sketches Holiday Challenge

Nov 24th, 2011 Posted in ALBUQUERQUE RUBBER STAMPING, Card Classes, Challenges, Christmas, Creative-Sketches, My Digital Studio, New Mexico, NEW PRODUCTS, Rubber Stamping, SKETCHES, Specialty Classes, Winter Post | Comments Off

This is the last week the Creative-Sketches blog will have challenges for this year. They will be doing something different starting in 2012, …dont’ know what they will be doing, all I know is it will be a bit different than the rest of the challenge blogs. I “heard” by the grapevine there may be prizes and contests, some blog hops, 3D items, etc. I guess we’ll all have to wait and see!! So here is the last sketch for this year.

Here is my MDS card for this challenge. I chose to use MDS so you can see how you can build some quick Christmas cards, customizing them to your needs. I love the Winter Post stamp set. It’s one of the ones currently on sale in the ONLINE EXTRAVAGANZA.  The “DSP” background is from the new Letters From Santa paper.  So check out my card, and be sure to check out the rest of the teams cards.

Be sure to check out my ETSY SHOP and my WEBSTORE for handmade cards, books, tags, envelopes, gifts, and Retired stamp sets and other stamping supplies in my WEBSTORE.

Leave a comment and you’ll get your name in the drawing for a MYSTERY CARD kit. I will be sending a card out this weekend to one lucky blog reader!!  Thanks for taking the time to stop by my blog. Have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
