Highdesert Stamper – Artistic Inkspirations

This week the Creative-Sketch challenge is all about COLOR!! The colors this week remind me of Cherry pie, and Blueberry pie, and Vanilla ICE CREAM!! Boy.. I must be hungry..:)  Here’s the Color Inspiration Block we had to work from.

I have been watching some training videos on different techniques and things on the new Paper Crafters Library. This is a CASE of one of the cards taught in one of the videos. It’s a lot of wonderful resources all about stamping!!   I used Designer papers in Cherry Cobbler and Night of Navy, along with some self made designer paper using the Button Button stamp with Cherry Cobbler ink on white cardstock.  I had to add my little bird … since I’ve been playing around with birds since I watched Maria’s video… and it just looked right!! Enjoy!!

I’ve included a close up of the gilded flower. I love using smooch spray!!
